I´m here in the dr!!!!!!!!! me amo este pais mas que todas las otras!!! When we first got to the airport we were all way confused cause everyone only spoke spanish. They gave us these papers to fill out on the plane and then when we got to the airport we were supposed to hand them out but there were like 8 different lines to get in. And we weren´t sure if we were tourists or visitors or immigrants so we tried to talk and the airport people would point us where to go. So we just kinda followed the crowd. When we got outside of the airport there were tons of people blocked off by a fence holding up signs and stuff welcoming people and it was really loud. fue muy raro. but i felt like a celebrity even though none of them were there for me. Then luckily we saw some random dude yelling Elderes at us. So we followed him to this bus where all these random dominican guys started grabbing our bags and puting them on the bus and then asking for money.. it was awesome!! Like 3 seconds after leaving the air port we all broke out in sweat even though it was dark outside. Driving the bus through the city was awesome too. THere were lots of people outside and all this trash everywhere. The guy sitting next to me was throwing up in a plastic sandwich bag I gave him and everyone smelled cause we were sweating so much, but still, it was awesome!



The mtc is cool, the juice here is soooooooooooooooooo good. and the bananas ajklñsjklsdj There are also like 6 haitian elders here that I met this morning who we could barely communicate with. There´s only like 36 ish elders here, and 30 are american, 6 hatian. The teachers are all way cool, and they make fun of us a lot and it´s really funny. We just went on a tour type thing of the temple and stuff and it´s soo pretty. my companions are awesome, i´m in a trio. and tis time to go.
